“Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them.”
Greetings from California, planet Earth.
My name is Holger Hubbs,
I am happy to meet with you one-on-one (online), for you to experience more inner space (less stress):
- increased productivity
- a deeper sense of being present
- less wasted time and energy.
When you’re not stressed, you’re better able to concentrate on the task at hand – here and now, which can lead to better quality work and faster completion times.
Stress can inhibit your ability to think creatively, but when you’re not stressed, you’re more likely to come up with innovative ideas and solutions.
Stress can have a detrimental effect on your physical and mental health, so reducing stress levels can lead to better overall health and well-being.
Mind, your own business!
“You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the levels of your systems.”James Clear
Life, as we know it, naturally alternates between:
It requires some love (and maybe desperation) to outgrow our personal limitations, by examining and optimizing our tools, habits and attitudes we use in our daily operations.
Together it is much easier (and fun) to be sensitive in understanding our own mind, and to experience hands-on where and why we drain precious energies:
- becoming aware where I get distracted,
- understanding the art of focus-switch,
- stop being intimidated by other people, circumstances, and even by my own thoughts and feelings.
It is easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, intimidated. Instead of habitually pretending and running away, it is much more efficient, nurturing and inspiring to become curious and brave; to discover how we create our own resistance to positive change.
We could talk endlessly, but some few basic questions can be priceless:
- What makes your heart swing,
what do you really want?
- How does your mind know when to stop?
- How effective are your tools, habits and attitudes?
How to get out of suffering?
Most people in developed countries work hard merely to pay for the time to distract themselves.David Parrish
How to get out of the mess?
…Simple and playful, while at the same time dead-serious, because life is precious and irreplaceable.
Let’s start with some words… not as empty philosophy, not as pain-killers, but relevant, useful, practical.
I do not offer or promise quick-fixes. From experience I know that positive change happens when human beings meet with an open mind and heart.
Beyond eagerness, intention and information there is a nurturing and inspiring in-team-a-see, a fresh energy, always available.
Here and now!
I am offering you 30 minutes of my time, for free;
dedicated, uninterrupted, present.
Let’s have a good time and see if I can be of service to you, with practical tips to delightfully detect and relax friction in your day-to-day operations.
Say hello, send me a short email:
I strongly dislike sales-calls! I cannot stand it when people try to lure me into spending money.
Like you, I am using money to pay for things and services.
My regular hourly rate is $60, in 10 minute increments.
Let’s see how we resonate…

He also quickly grasped how I was hoping to use my new skills, and showed me additional techniques and shortcuts to facilitate in my goals.
Holger takes his time explaining things, is gracious about repeating things or explaining them in a different way, and is happy to tailor his instruction to an individual. I highly recommend him for one-on-one instruction.
